Spring Creek Ranch takes its name from the small stream that meanders through it. The source of Spring Creek is the Lehi Mill Pond. Spring Creek currently provides critical habitat for many plant and animal species, so it is the logical focal point of the Spring Creek Ranch community.
No matter where you live, you will impact the environment and the people you meet. Being community orientated not only benefits you as you meet more people in your local area, but it also employs more people and contributes to a strong economy and local pride.
One of the key elements of Spring Creek Ranch is its connectivity. Three master planned nature trails and a number of other connecting trails will allow the community walking and biking access to other areas.
Spring Creek Ranch is committed to providing an opportunity to relate, work and learn together in an environmentally friendly way. The community will participate in the Spring Creek Habitat Restoration and Conservation Project, which focuses on restoring the stream that meanders through the area and the surrounding wetlands that have been degraded over the past century.
Some areas to be restored
This will empower the community to effectively promote change in other areas and realize the importance of protecting and restoring critical areas in our unique setting.
Please get active and promote environmental responsibility and participate in the Spring Creek Habitat Restoration and Conservation Project and help restore and save wonderfully unique and important wetlands and stream habitat.
